Kershaw Search Group was founded by Kristi Kershaw, a Certified Public Accountant who has more than 25 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry. Over the the last 15 years, she has developed and expanded her Texas network to develop relationships with countless finance and accounting leaders as well as the best and brightest candidates.
During the first half of her career, she was a practitioner with a Big 4 accounting firm as well as an industry CFO. This first-hand experience as a finance/accounting exec, coupled with her passion for helping companies grow and develop their teams, has enabled her success in the world of executive and professional search.
